Mr. Zubkoff received his law degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 1990, and a Bachelor of Arts degree, with highest honors and distinction, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1987. At the University of North Carolina, Mr. Zubkoff was a Morehead scholar.
Mr. Zubkoff is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Courts for the Southern, Central, Eastern, and Northern Districts of California, and all of the Superior Courts of the State of California.
Over the years Mr. Zubkoff has been named on numerous occasions as a Southern California and San Diego Super Lawyer, rated among the top 5% of attorneys in the state.
Mr. Zubkoff is active in the community. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of Serving Seniors (formerly known as Senior Community Centers of Greater San Diego), as a member of the Board of Directors of Temple Emanu-El of San Diego, and as a member of the Board of Directors and Field Team Leader with the San Diego Mountain Rescue Team.
Mr. Parker received his law degree from Tulane University School of Law in 2012, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Los Angeles in 2009.
